Sipatex has installed production capacity of up to 4 million yards of finished fabrics for both dyeing and printing, 1400 tons of textured yarn and 100 tons of yarn dyed per month

History

Sipatex located in Bandung (Capital of West Java( was founded in 1976 by Mr. Frans Leonardi. Started as A textile Machinery parts manufacturer and supplier in early 70's and then it has grown from just a plain fabric manufacturer into one of the top integrated textile manufacturing companies which offer services ranging from texturizing, sizing, twisting, weaving, dyeing, printing, coating and yarn dyeing.

ENVIROMENTAL FRIENDLY

One of the distinct features of "Made in Sipatex" is that we have tight controls over quality of production and the ingredients used to ensure a high quality and consistent finished product. The use of microorganism in our water treatment plays a vital role as the plant keeps using the same water from different ecosystem over and over, because microorganism are available forever in the water to help convert harmful waste in to harmless ingredient for our production. With advancement in science and technology - cultured microbes are used to biologically effect a change in the waste water. All ingredients in the processing play a vital role in ensuring the quality of the product, including the water quality which is a major advantage of our PROPER approved and controlled water treatment plant.

Furniture

COATED OUTDOOR FABRICS FOR FURNITURE

Coated outdoor Fabrics for Furniture. Sipatex outdoor fabrics are created from recycled polyester yarn which are specially coated. The coating not only makes the fabric water resisteant, but also acts as a barrie between the foreign elements and face of the fabric in both hot and cold weather conditions. Therefore it is crucial that the coating is of really high quality to withstand these conditions. It is not just a normal coating but our quality is also hand washable and dry cleanable, making it long lasting and versatile.

WE HAVE A RANGE OF TENT MATERIALS TO SUIT DIFFERENT PURPOSE SUCH AS CAMPING PRODUCTS, MILITARY TENTS, PARTY EVENT TENTS AND OTHER SPECIAL OCCASIONS SUCH AS WEATHER PROFFING FOR EVENTS.

We have a range of tent materials to suit different purpose such as camping products, military tents, party event tents and other special occasions such as weather proffing for events. With our special blend you get added values such as free material. This versatile construction fully blocks/rejects heat and light giving maximum sun proofing in summer and maximum warmth retention in winter.

BLACKOUT

BLACKOUT ARE PREDOMINANTLY USED FOR BLOCKING OUT THE LIGHT AND PROTECTING THE INTERIOR AS IT PROTECTS THE FABRIC FROM FAING AND DETERIORATING QUICKL

Blackout are predominantly used for blocking out the light and protecting the interior as it protects the fabric from faing and deteriorating quickly. the full benefit of quality blackout curtain are often underestimated, as blackouts not only protect curtains from the sun, the also insulate the home by trapping the heat inside during winter and blocking it out during summer which means energy saving. In additional they also assist in filtering decibel/noise levels from streets. Sipatex offers you both Triple Weave and Three Layer blackouts.

We have a team of Creative Designing with a combined experience of over 30 years in color, fashion and design. Our R&D team is young yet highly skilled coming out with at least 10 new yarn combinations which are both fancy and new to the industry. Annually we host a fashion show in collaboration with top local fashion designers displaying our strength and knowledge in the latest of trends.
